In 2005 a major European mattress brand from Norway enlisted npk design to develop a new mattress and bed frame for the younger consumers with an emphasis on style.
A member of a 3 person design team, my role was developing original product brand work, which was further developed while I transitioned to the US. The adjustable sectioned headboard is a particularly unique design feature.
The metal legs and a tapered frame provide a sense that the bed is floating.
